| Although faxes are considered "old school" technology, they are still one of the most secure methods for receiving sensitive laboratory test results. When setting up your Western Slope account, simply specify the fax number at your facility where you want to receive your secure fax transmissions. |

| Email is a very convenient way to receive test results. Your account can be set up so that Western Slope's LIMS will automatically generate a PDF copy of your test results and email them to your designated email address. When setting up your Western Slope account, simply specify the email address at your facility where you want to receive test result PDF files. |

| Internet |
| The fastest way to receive test results is through Western Slope's secure web site portal. When setting up your Western Slope account, indicate that you want "secure web access" to your test results and we will set up your account ID and Password. Your test results will then automatically be posted to the web site portal as they are completed in our laboratory. Simply select either "Get Results Now" or "Customer Login" on our web site and enter your customer ID and Password to view your online test results. |
