Sample Transportation Devices: Western Slope provides small, easy-to-transport specimen collection tools for obtaining urine and oral fluid samples. Our devices safely transport smaller samples than the typical urine cup, and come free-of-charge as part of our service. |

Custom Chain-of-Custody Forms: Western Slope uses only industry-standard, chain-of-custody forms. For our higher volume customers, we custom-print and deliver these industry-standard forms free-of-charge! |
